Double Workouts
Well, I've done it folks. I did 2 sports in one day today. Not really long or hard, but I have avoided and, except for a few times, refused to do 2 different sports in a day for a few years now. The Ironman training has stepped up. Did a bike ride this afternoon and then outrigger canoed tonight. The base training is getting better. A little tired now, but nothing that a little food and a dose of Survivor won't help. Please let me know if I get too crazy!! Thanks.
